OPENING OF THE UNIVERSITY OF EUROPE EXHIBITION FOR VISION:TEILEN/STARTHILFEKENIA 14.11.2024

A huge THANK YOU to the University of Europe in Berlin for opening the GIVING JOY exhibition for vision:teilen international and STARTHILFEKENIA.
The exhibition provides an insight into the project work of vision:teilen international in Kenya and allows the partners and beneficiaries to have their say in impressive interviews.
Expressive photos reflect the situation on the ground and visualize the impact of the vision:teilen projects. The exhibition in Berlin can be visited until 10.12.2024.

Travelling to Kenya with students from the University of Europe in Hamburg and Berlin

Enthusiasm on all sides: from 2 to 13 June, students from Berlin and Hamburg were able to visit STARTHILFEKENIA projects and various other projects supported by vision:teilen international with their professors Katharina Mayer and Ubbo Kügler. The impression was lasting and will soon be presented in multimedia form in exhibitions in Berlin, Hamburg and Düsseldorf. Student Philip Hein says: ‘During my trip to Kenya and the visits to vision:teilen international’s STARTHILFEKENIA projects, I was particularly impressed by the immense strength of the community. Despite scarce resources, the local people manage to give hope and prospects for the future by supporting each other. The projects not only provide financial aid, but also knowledge and self-confidence. Great joy about donation

Caterine Schwierz from the European women’s network EWMD handed over a generous donation to STARTHILFEKENIA on behalf of her network. The planned event with film screening for EWMD on 25.10. unfortunately had to be cancelled due to corona. WE THANK CATERINE SCHWIERZ AND EWMD FROM OUR HEART and hope that we can realize the event in the new year.
