Cynthia (third from the right, top row), born in 1984, is a motivated and hardworking mother. She lives in Rubongi, Uganda, where she raised her three children as a single parent. She describes herself as a team player with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor others.
In 2024, she participated in our STARTHILFEKENIA workshop in Karungu, Kenya. Since then, she has been supporting several groups in Uganda as a Local Coordinator, offering guidance, advice, and practical assistance. We can fully confirm her self-assessment and are delighted that she has become an important member of our STARTHILFEKENIA Uganda team.
Cynthia describes the impact of STARTHILFEKENIA as follows: “The loan provided by STARTHILFEKENIA has had a profound impact on our women. It has enabled us to significantly strengthen our financial position and improve the social and economic outcomes of our businesses. Most importantly, the loan has laid the foundation for future sustainability and growth, equipping us for continued success in the years ahead. We are deeply grateful for this support and remain committed to using these funds responsibly and effectively.”
